Fostering a new way of living.
That’s what this Gentlemen’s Project is about. A movement.
To honor yourself. To honor others like you’ve learned to honor yourself. Men and women.
To be a G is to be a man of honor- a man who reflects upon this world what honor looks like through the life he lives. His personal health (inwardly) reflects on the relationships and ways he chooses to interact with people outwardly.
Much of my plea as a participant on this Gentlemen journey has been how G’s treat other people. But I’ve come to realize the way a man treats other people begins with how he treats himself.
You honor me, when you honor you.
Here’s to loving yourself better. Here’s to loving the rest of us better too.
